The Challenge
Change is rarely a straight line—and today's fast-moving business climate demands learning that isn't either. CITI Virtual Learning, a global leader in change management and project capability development, recognised the need for a modern learning environment that reflects this reality. Following the success of our previous collaboration on yourCITI Project Space, CITI once again partnered with dreamm to built the flagship digital components for the YourCITI Navigating Change platform.
Rather than forcing learners down a rigid path, CITI's vision called for an untraditional framework designed to meet learners exactly where they are in their specific change initiative. CITI turned to dreamm to turn this complex instructional vision into a suite of flexible, high-impact digital learning modules.
Requirements
Traditional e-learning courses often rely on sequential, slide-by-slide progression. However, real-world change management requires learners to jump between strategy, stakeholder engagement, governance, and long-term embedding based on real-time project demands.
To achieve CITI's vision, dreamm needed to:
- Architect a modular, non-linear structure across a comprehensive curriculum.
- Deliver multi-format engagement combining bespoke graphics, animated scenarios, and professional voiceovers.
- Integrate executive leadership seamlessly without creating impossible recording demands on key personnel.
- Maintain strict budget and milestone control through continuous project management and design collaboration.
The solution
dreamm worked in close partnership with CITI's Instructional Designer and Project Manager to craft a tailored suite of non-linear interactive Articulate Storyline courses built around CITI's unique Change Diamond™.
Key Innovations & Technical Highlights
- AI Digital Twin Video Technology: Integrated AI Digital Twin video of CEO Kalpna (Kay) Sanders to scale leadership insight. This allowed CITI's executive expertise to be naturally woven across multiple modules with consistent quality and rapid turnarounds.
- Bespoke Animations & Scenarios: We developed custom motion graphics and interactive workplace scenarios—such as the recurring PlotCo case study—to illustrate key frameworks like the CITI Change Diamond and Mission Model.
- Professional Audio Production: Managed the entire audio lifecycle, liaising with professional voiceover artists and creating re-timed animations synchronised with natural speech.
- Learner-Centric Architecture: Designed the UX/UI so learners can jump directly into relevant topics (whether shaping a mission in Visioning or handling friction in Adoption) without unnecessary prerequisites.
The outcomes
